10-Week Fitness Challenge: Week 2

So, one week down, nine to go!

It was a great first week for our challengers, with Roisin, John and Niall settling in well to their programmes and setting the foundations for the hard work ahead.

As discussed last week, each of our challengers begins this programme from different fitness bases, so each has been given tailored plans to help them reach their fitness goals over the coming weeks.
