Brunch Of The Week – Hell’s Kitchen

November 9, 2022

For this week’s brunch edition, you’re in the very capable hands of Gordon Ramsey! Our brunch of the week promises outstanding food and a whole lot of fun. Head over to Caesars Palace on Bluewater’s Island to sample the world-class cooking of the Las Vegas flagship right here in Dubai!

Food & Drink

If, like us, you enjoy some breakfast dishes with your brunch, you’ll absolutely love the eggs benedict station! Choose from a selection of benedict variations, including eggs royale, waffle eggs benedict, and the classic version served with spinach and mushrooms. After your egg fix, enjoy a drink at the table with a scrumptious sharing platter made up of crab cakes, wagyu meatballs, and truffle and mushroom arancini.

Then comes the main event! Choose from a selection of the highest quality dishes, including surf and turf, lamb ragu macaroni and the Hell’s Kitchen burger. There is also a dedicated kids’ station full of delights they will absolutely love!

If you’ve still got room, there are plenty of side dishes to share. We highly recommend the broccolini with lemon and almonds, and the deliciously tangy eggplant sumac and garlic yoghurt. This culinary delight is topped off by a selection of cheeses from around the world.

For those with a sweet tooth, there’s a candy shop full of insanely tempting treats. A few of the delicacies on offer include honeycomb cheesecake, sticky toffee pudding, banoffee pie, Bakewell tarts and a pretty impressive chocolate fountain for the kids (and the big kids!). For a bit of fun to end your brunch, you can get involved in the ‘Eton Mess Making Challenge’!

The drinks menu has something for everyone! Choose from the usual house spirits, beers and wines or dive into the extravagant cocktail menu with delights, including expresso martinis, passionfruit martinis and the Scottish Kiss.

Entertainment

The live band kicks off early at the Hell’s Kitchen brunch with indie pop and rock tunes that get the vibe going! There’ll be some light background music while you enjoy your delicious feast. The party picks up towards the end of the brunch, and you’ll find yourself singing along to some well-known classics.

The Concept

If you’ve ever watched Gordon Ramsey’s Hell’s Kitchen, you’ll be familiar with the ‘red and blue’ chefs’ teams battling for culinary victory. The food stations, including hot and cold starters, and the dessert corner, are all manned by attentive red and blue chefs looking to win it for their respective teams!

The Venue

Hell’s Kitchen is located in the iconic Caesar’s Palace Hotel with the unbeatable Bluewater’s Island backdrop and is an experience to remember! You’ll get to sample Ramsey’s signature dishes and take in the chic decor and fiery atmosphere like no other.
