Where Are The Best Early Houses In Dubai?

Maybe you’re looking to kick off your day at Dubai 7s. Maybe you just want to start National Day celebrations early in the morning. Or maybe, you’re not ready to face the hangover just yet. Whatever your reason, nothing beats an early house.

It’s one of the safest places to be after a heavy night on the beer. You could easily use the excuse of staying in bed with the curtains closed all day and feeling no better, or you could sip a few fast pints and take the sting off the hangover.

While most bars in Dubai serve from midday onwards, below is our pick of the best places to get a swift early pint:

The Monty

One of the finest places to start the morning after a heavy night on the ale.

Renowned for its decorated golf course rather than its bar, you can get your hands on a rocket of a pint from 6.30 am. It’s the perfect place to take the edge off a hangover, and it’s even nicer to sit outside this time of year and watch the world go by. And if you stay long enough, they do one of the best roast dinners in Dubai.

Recommendation: Pint of Magners or Heineken and sit outside

Fibber Magees

Fibbers might be a distance away from where most Irish live in Dubai, but it’s a brilliant place to go for a few hours should you want to mix it up.

Famous for its breakfast, loaded with sausages, rashers and eggs, it boasts plenty of nice beer on tap and serves a strong pint from 9 am. Warm and friendly atmosphere, no matter what time of day you are there. There’s also the added bonus of their breakfast platter if you’re feeling up to it!

Recommendation: Magners or Guinness

Bla Bla

Bla Bla definitely isn’t your typical early house, but it comes with a lot of added bonuses. Situated in a nice location at the end of JBR walk, Bla Bla is a unique venue with over 20 bars, two restaurants and a beach club. While not all bars will be open early, you can get a beer around the pool area in Bla Bla from 8 am. Does a nice breakfast as well if you are hungry. *Disclaimer for Waterford people, they don’t actually serve Bla’s!

McCafferty’s Al Furjan

A cracker of a pub. The food is top notch and the service is always brilliant.

Opens a small bit later in comparison to the other three bars listed above, but you can get your hands on an ice-cold pint of Magners from 9.55 am. It has to be one of the easiest pubs to get to, in terms of being dropped at the door and walking to the bar stool. Ideal.

Other options: Most golf clubs in Dubai will serve from early doors. Some other bars to check out for early morning beer include Phileas Fogg from 8 am, Jones the Grocer in Emirates Golf Club from 8.30 am, and the Jebel Ali Club from 8.45 am
